In accordance with the cancellation policy of our accommodation & its applicable regulation (art. 8 n. 1652/1986 consumer-hotel relations regulation), in case of cancellation of your reservation for Accommodation, please note the following conditions:
- For Cancellation more than 41 days before the expected date of arrival, no charge is made and the deposit is fully refunded.
- For Cancellation between 40 and 22 days before the scheduled date of arrival, an amount equal to the value of one night’s stay is withheld
- For Cancellation within 21 days before the scheduled date of arrival, an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of accommodation is withheld.
- In case of early departure, 50% of the total distribution value as it was planned, for the days that are cancelled, is charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged, as scheduled.
General terms
- Earlier arrival: 14:00
- The prices are valid for stays until 12 o’clock the next day
- The apartment price for a two-day stay (stay beyond 12 o’clock and up to 6 o’clock) will be charged reduced by 50% of the agreed apartment price
- Staying beyond 6 p.m. obliges the customer to pay the entire day’s rent
